Based in Washington, D.C., Brendan Neal is an accomplished public affairs and policy advocate who has served as the managing director of Neal Strategies since 2020. He has extensive experience in areas of strategic leadership advising across numerous industries, in addition to successful lobbying efforts in the United States Congress and Executive Branch. He has represented many American businesses, and advocated for policies supporting energy dominance and technological innovation. Before founding his strategic leadership and advocacy business, Brendan Neal worked as the director of US public affairs at TC Energy, a position that involved managing public affairs for energy projects in nearly 40 states with combined value of approximately $18 billion, while also overseeing national government affairs efforts.

A graduate of Springfield College in Massachusetts, Brendan Neal has further experience as a regional director for the United States Senate and as the deputy finance director of John Kerry’s 2004 presidential campaign. He also served his alma mater in the role of community relations director. His many organizational affiliations include Irish Network DC, the Irish Cultural Center of Western Massachusetts, on the Board of Directors for Q Street and a Board Member at Equality Chamber of Commerce DC Metro.
