Upon earning a bachelor's degree in biology from Indiana University, Dr. Christopher C. “Chris” Babcock completed the doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD) and doctor of medicine (MD) programs at the University of Louisville. Upon earning his DMD and MD, Dr. Christopher C. “Chris” Babcock served successive stints as an anesthesia intern and straight surgery intern at the university hospital. He then completed a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
Dr. Babcock left the University of Louisville in 2003 and subsequently founded Ketuckiana Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates. He served as director of the company until 2015, while concurrently pursuing business opportunities in real estate through Babcock Realty and KOMSA Realty. In addition, since 2016, he has served as a financial representative at Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, where he leverages his experience overcoming a spinal cord injury to provide disability insurance to clients.
In terms of dental surgery work, Chris Babcock, DMD, has practiced out of Louisville Oral Surgery and Dental Implants since 2018. His services include dental extractions and implants, as well as wisdom teeth removal and oral pathology. Supplementing his extensive experience in the field, he holds membership with professional organizations like the Kentucky Dental Association and Kentucky Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
