愛家居家 LoveHome 長照機構的近期和長期發展分別是什麼？

隨著人數增長，協作、溝通模式都再調整中，短期是穩定的開案與招募策略，同時優化內部的服務品質管理機制。同時尋找還未被滿足的長者/社區服務缺口，希望能夠成為強力可靠的長照家庭的後盾。

上下班時間為何？

原則上 6：30 就會有超早班的居服員開始上工， 我們只需要保持 8：00-17：30 之間可以即時處理公事的狀態， 其中 12：00-13：3 0為中午休息時間。 沒有強制幾點進辦公室的規定，這一塊很有彈性，疫情期間是遠距分流上班。

愛家居家 LoveHome 長照機構的團隊文化是什麼？上下班時間為何？

公司 2019 年創立，企業體質是快速彈性應變的少年體，不是成熟穩定（<del>老態龍鍾</del>）的大組織，通過長照機構評鑑與TTQS辦課品質認證。 2022 年起員工人數 60＋，我們很重視人才留任，以及運營的流程制度，崇尚參與式決策，老闆很喜歡晨會 1 on 1。近期也有企業顧問加入指導我們，期待一起穩穩的向下扎根與向上茁壯。
