1.集團資金管理： 負責現金收付、銀行存款與資金流動管理。根據會計請款單，處理網路銀行付款及臨櫃繳費，並核對銀行匯款與轉帳收入。同時，需記錄資金狀況並評估月度收支，以利資金調度。
2.帳務處理： 執行 SAP 系統的現金與銀行帳務紀錄，確保收支帳目與銀行對帳單相符。此外，需處理跨部門提出的供應商新建申請。
3.銀行業務： 擔任公司與銀行之間的聯絡窗口，負責銀行開戶、網銀權限設定、公司卡業務及提供 KYC 資料。同時，需處理銀行定期審查、信用申請與履約保證等專案。
4.跨國支付： 統籌並執行各國支付作業，並安排相關資金規劃。

We are currently hiring for Treasury Specialist professionals that will take part in:

1.Group Fund Management: Manage cash receipts and payments, bank deposits, and fund liquidity. Process online banking payments and over-the-counter transactions based on accounting requests, and reconcile bank transfers and receipts. You will also record fund status and evaluate monthly income and expenses for fund allocation.
2.Accounting: Maintain accurate cash and bank records in the SAP system, ensuring consistency between income/expenses and bank statements. Additionally, process supplier creation requests from various departments.
3.Banking Operations: Serve as the main point of contact between the company and banks. Handle tasks such as opening bank accounts, setting up online banking permissions, managing company cards, and providing KYC (Know Your Customer) information. You will also manage ongoing projects like regular bank reviews, credit applications, and performance guarantees.
4.Cross-border Payments: Oversee and execute payment operations for various countries and arrange corresponding fund planning.

2.具備良好的會計邏輯與銀行存匯基本概念。
3.熟悉 MS Office 操作技巧。
4.具備跨國公司出納或海外薪酬支付經驗者尤佳。
5.具備海外公司（如香港、新加坡、泰國、越南）開戶經驗者尤佳。
6.對數字高度敏感，工作細心、注重細節，能確保帳務準確無誤。
7.具備良好的溝通能力，能有效與直屬主管、跨部門同事及銀行窗口進行溝通與問題解決。

You will be highly considered if you have the following experience:

1.At least two years of experience in a cashier or finance/accounting role.
2.Strong understanding of accounting principles and basic banking concepts.
3.Proficiency in MS Office.
4.Experience in cross-border company cashier operations or overseas payroll is a plus.
5.Experience in opening bank accounts for overseas companies (e.g., Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam) is a plus.
6.Highly sensitive to numbers, meticulous, and detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in all records.
7.Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with direct supervisors, colleagues across departments, and bank representatives to solve problems.
