We are currently hiring for Operation Specialist professional to join us:

Online event:
-Online event planning and coordination, schedule and execution.
-Responsible for the design and writing of the online event plan (including the theme and content of the promotional copy).
-Create sales forecasts and strategic plans to ensure the profitability of online activities, analyze business development and monitor market trends.
-Offline event planning and execution.

App operation:
-Specified position and function operation in the app.
-Notification push and the content writing.

危機處理能力，遇到突發狀況能評估各種風險後進行有效決策
跨部門溝通協調能力
數據分析能力，能夠依活動相關數據判斷因果關係並提出改進方向

觀察力高、反應靈敏，除掌握時下流行事物外，能因應不同環境提出創意方案
加分條件：

-Project schedule management.
-Crisis handling ability, able to make effective decisions after evaluating various risks in emergencies.
-Inter-departmental communication and coordination skills.
-Data analysis ability, able to make judgement based on event results/data and propose improvement plans.
-Event copywriting ability.
-Project management experience.
-Nimble and proactive.
-Have a good sense to the latest trends and fashion.
-Able to put together creative plans according to different subjects or environments.

Good to have:
-Those who have great interest in entertainment and new industries are preferred.
-Those who has experience in new media and entertainment-related industries is preferred.
