As a Product Manager(Virtual Idol) for the 17LIVE product team, you should have passion for the live streaming and Vtuber market, focus on user experience research and being data-driven to help your team improve 17LIVE products that are used by millions of users worldwide. Furthermore, you must have a strong growth mindset.
You’ll work cross-functionally and collaborate with cross-border managers, designers, marketing, business and engineering teams to plan exciting features, define milestones, manage risks and speed time to market. We are looking for candidates with strong technical & planning skills, capable of balancing multiple projects, embracing uncertainties and new challenges.
Responsibilities:
➢Collaborate with designers, data scientists, and user researchers to analyze patterns and trends and identify new product opportunities for engagement and retention.
➢Solicit ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write product specs and workflows, and coordinate cross-functionally even cross-border teams.
➢Develop and thoroughly present go-forward recommendations;
➢Create and manage a feature backlog, PRD and detail spec
➢Develop and drive project prioritization, and co-work with PjM for scheduling and execution timelines.
➢Define the key product metrics and monitor product performance
➢Build the Virtual Liver related features and define the strategy and roadmap with PM team
The following experiences are favored for this position:
➢Fluent in Japanese and Mandarin
➢Having B2C or B2B2C internet industry experience at least 3 years
➢Experience going through full product cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements and driving prioritization
➢Basic knowledge of AI technology
➢Experience and knowledge in Virtual idol (e.g. Vtuber/Vliver etc.)
Good to have:
➢Familiar with both mobile app and web development process
➢Having machine learning related experience
➢Able to communicate in English is a plus
