✦ Position Overview

The Product Operations Lead stands at the forefront of live KPIs and live operations strategy for their region. This role will lead Live Ops Product Managers and will focus on collaborating with and guiding regional leadership toward strategies that use our existing feature set to move KPIs. They will manage a small team in their region to optimize, run, and configure new digital live ops launches, and report into the Director of Product Operations and global Product Operations team.

✦ Key Responsibilities


➢Lead the Taiwan Product Operations team to ensure smooth daily operations and effective project execution
➢Plan and execute product go-to-market strategies by coordinating cross-functional resources and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery
➢Oversee and support product marketing initiatives to drive product visibility and user engagement
➢Manage product operations including feature optimization, incident tracking, user feedback analysis, and cross-team collaboration
➢Regularly analyze operational data, extract actionable insights, and propose optimizations to enhance product and operational performance
➢Drive the successful rollout of regional and global product initiatives in the Taiwan market
➢Continuously improve internal team processes to enhance operational efficiency and execution effectiveness


Requirements

✦ Requirements

❊ Minimum 6 years of experience in product operations, product management, or marketing-related roles
❊ At least 2 years of team management experience with proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
❊ Solid understanding of product launch processes, marketing campaign planning, and product operations best practices
❊ Strong data analysis and interpretation skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
❊ Excellent cross-functional communication and coordination skills to effectively align internal and external stakeholders
❊ Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
❊ Proficiency in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international, cross-cultural environment

✦ Preferred Qualifications


❊ Background in technology, internet, live streaming, or digital platform industries
❊ Familiarity with Taiwan’s product operations landscape and user behavior
❊ Experience in driving product localization and implementing regional product strategies
