Role summary:
The Product Operations team analyzes product metrics to optimize features, improving magnetization, conversion and revenue. This role provides revenue-raising ideas, coordinates product rollout, and partners with teams to achieve growth. The ideal candidate has a data-driven and collaborative approach.
The Product Operations Manager/Specialist is part of the Product team. Under supervision of the Lead Product Operations Manager, they will work on optimizing features, launching rollout plans, product marketing, live events, investigating on metrics, and maintaining a live digital product daily.
We are currently hiring for Product Operation Specialist/Manager professional to join us, and you
● Will take ownership on digital live features, feature rollout plans, live events development and launch
● Will be hands on in set up using web tools to set up live operations
● Comfortable making data decisions to hit KPI targets
● Will be point of contact between multiple stakeholders in a fast paced online environment including product managers, engineering, analytics, and marketing
● Will have knowledge and interest in the online streaming or mobile industry
● Will have excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas, reports, and analytics to a diverse and international audience
Major Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and analyze day-to-day metrics to identify opportunities to improve monetization and revenue from application perspective
2. Partner with product and marketing teams to implement and optimize features/online campaign that increase paying user conversion and number of paid user
3. Develop, test and optimize live streaming and features to improve conversion and retention of paying users
4. Coordinate execution of product feature rollout across global operations teams
The following experiences are favored for this position:
● Minimum 5+ years working experience as a Project Manager, Product Manager or
Product Operations Speciallist/Manager
● Experience working hands on a digital product go to market plan
● Experience working hands on a digital product setting up live events.
● Adept at report writing, and presenting findings
● Intermediate to advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
● English language ability required
