Job Description

1.Responsible for conducting online point-based sales through LINE@.
2.Maintain and manage long-term relationships with VIP clients.
3.Track sales performance targets and develop/execute strategies to achieve them.
4.Propose and implement customized sales plans tailored for VIP clients.
5.Conduct VIP client visits and participate in business meals.
6.Provide support for both online and offline company events.
7.Maintain and update reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
8.Prepare presentation materials using PowerPoint and Google Slides.
9.Manage and coordinate the packaging and delivery of gifts and merchandise.
10.Handle tasks and assignments as instructed by supervisors.
11.Able to work on a rotational shift schedule as required(10:00-19:00)

The following experiences are favored for this position:

1.Experience in sales and business development
2.Familiarity with entertainment industry platforms such as gaming or live streaming services
3.Experience in VIP client services
4.Experience in planning and executing sales campaigns or promotional activities
5.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides)
6.Experience with macOS system operations
7.Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute in Chinese
8.Strong numerical sensitivity with solid data analysis skills

Good to have:
1.Previous portfolio of presentation design and data analysis work
2.English/Japanese language proficiency certificates
3.Experience using CRM systems
4.Experience using Canva platform
5.Proficiency in Adobe software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
