1. Process Engineer

• Be part of one of the world's leading semiconductor packaging and testing companies
• DOE plan output and process evaluation
• SPC process monitoring, data analysis, and parameter optimization
• UPH, capacity, and yield improvement projects, and cost reduction initiatives
• DN/QDN/MRB/Low Yield production line issue handling, failure analysis, and preventive measure implementation
• BKM anomaly case sharing and improvement project presentation

2. Equipment Engineer

• Responsible for equipment setup, production line abnormalities and troubleshooting to ensure seamless production operations.
• Perform daily inspections, calibrations, and component replacement,implement preventive maintenance to effectively reduce failure rate.
• Monitor and optimize OEE, reduce unscheduled downtime to maximize machine utilization.
• Drive initiatives for production yield and quality enhancement to consistently achieve cost reduction targets.
• Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures, establish exception tracking procedures and implement effective corrective actions.

３. Product Test Engineer

• Perform yield analysis and identify improvement opportunities.
• Validate test programs and test methodologies.
• Ensure product quality and manufacturing efficiency.
• Develop, optimize, and support semiconductor testing processes.
• Conduct failure analysis and troubleshoot test-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and production reliability.

🟢 Educational Background:

Applicants with a bachelor’s degree or higher in any science or engineering-related field are welcome.

🟢 Eligibility:

Applicants must meet at least one of the following status requirements:

• Holder of an Employment Gold Card for Foreign Special Professionals
• Holder of an Alien Permanent Resident Certificate (APRC)
• Spouse of a Republic of China (ROC) citizen with valid residency approval
• Graduating international student in Taiwan
• Holder of an ARC with a work permit issued by another employer in Taiwan
• Overseas candidate requiring a full application process for an entry visa and work permit
