We are opening 3 positions for International Talents in Taiwan!!!

1. IC Packaging Equipment Engineer (Shift)

• Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of IC packaging equipment.
• Analyzed equipment abnormalities and performed troubleshooting to resolve machine issues.
• Executed equipment performance improvement and optimization projects.
• Adjusted equipment and performed related tasks to support production requirements.

2. Front-End IC Packaging Process Engineer

• Responsible for IC packaging front-end processes, including Die Bonding (D/B) or Wire Bonding (W/B) operations
• Perform process abnormality analysis, troubleshooting, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Handle product quality issues and customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and prepare 8D reports.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and evaluation/qualification of new materials.
• Execute process improvement projects and perform related data analysis to enhance process performance.

3. IC Packaging Technical Service Enginee

• Responsible for quality abnormality analysis, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Provided technical support for IC packaging process requirements from customers.
• Maintained and improved product yield performance.
• Implemented yield enhancement initiatives and preventive actions for IC packaging processes.
• Possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

🟢 Educational Background:

Applicants with a bachelor’s degree or higher in any science or engineering-related field are welcome.

Applicants must meet at least one of the following status requirements:

• Holder of an Employment Gold Card for Foreign Special Professionals
• Holder of an Alien Permanent Resident Certificate (APRC)
• Spouse of a Republic of China (ROC) citizen with valid residency approval
• Graduating international student in Taiwan
• Holder of an ARC with a work permit issued by another employer in Taiwan
• Overseas candidate requiring a full application process for an entry visa and work permit
