Junior AI Engineer (Mandarin and English)

This role involves working in a high-energy environment to develop advanced solutions using Analytics and AI. You will be integral in applying industry best practices to deliver quality software products efficiently and effectively, while embracing the latest technological innovations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior team members to understand and analyse business requirements.

• Engage with business and tech teams to identify improvements and prioritize user stories.

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML), with expertise in crafting and reviewing production-grade Python code.
• Strong knowledge of ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and practical implementation of ML algorithms at a large scale.
• Experience in building applications with large language models (LLMs) and leveraging them to enhance AI solutions.
• Experience with distributed, high throughput, and low latency architectures.
• Proficiency in software development using containerization technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and frameworks/tools like FastAPI, Uvicorn.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools and Cloud Deployment processes.
• Understanding of end-to-end application development using a full-stack approach is beneficial.
• Experience in the P&C insurance industry is advantageous.
• Preferred experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
