Innovation Kitchen Assistant
Job Description
- Xác nhận danh mục đặt món,
- Chuẩn bị các nguyên liệu, vật tư, công cụ phục vụ việc chế biến món,
- Kiểm tra các điều kiện môi trường, tình trạng của nguyên liệu,
- Thực hiện các bước sơ chế theo công thức và quy trình,
- Hỗ trợ Trưởng Bếp thực hiện các bước nấu món,
- Thực hiện các bước đóng gói, bảo quản theo hướng dẫn và quy trình,
- Xác nhận tình trạng thành phẩm, hoàn thành các bước xuất hàng.
- Bảo quản nguyên liệu,vật tư
- Nhập dữ liệu tồn kho vào hệ thống,
- Vệ sinh công cụ dụng cụ, thiết bị máy móc,
- Thực hiện một số yêu cầu khác từ Giám sát Bếp, Bếp Trưởng.
Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường Bếp của các Thương hiệu lớn.
- Kiến thức cơ bản về an toàn thực phẩm và các quy tắc vệ sinh.
- Cẩn thận, gọn gàng, sạch sẽ; nhanh nhẹn, năng động, và có kỹ năng quan sát tốt.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có khả năng giao tiếp bằng tiếng Nhật hoặc tiếng Anh tốt.
- Đủ sức khỏe để đứng lâu và khuân vác đến 15kg.
