Chill is Taipei’s first dedicated contrast therapy sanctuary, combining cold plunges and heat therapy to help our community recover, recharge, and connect. We believe in creating a safe, welcoming, and inspiring environment where wellness is more than a trend—it’s a lifestyle.

職務概述

Role Overview
作為店員，您將是 Chill 的門面。您的工作是熱情迎接顧客，引導他們的體驗，並確保我們的空間始終保持乾淨、安全與舒適。您將遵循每日 SOP 以維持高標準營運，同時讓每位顧客都感受到自己是 Chill 社群中被重視的一員。
As a Wellness Host, you are the face of Chill. Your role is to welcome guests warmly, guide them through their visit, and ensure our space is always clean, safe, and inviting. You’ll follow our daily SOPs to maintain high operational standards, while making each customer feel like a valued part of the Chill community.

工作內容（Key Responsibilities）

1. 顧客體驗 Customer Experience

在客人到店 5 秒內熱情迎接。
Warmly greet guests within 5 seconds of arrival.
確認預約與會員資格，並確保免責聲明／健康問卷完整。
Confirm bookings, memberships, and ensure waivers/health forms are completed.
為初次到訪的顧客提供導覽與流程說明。
Provide orientation for first-time visitors.
依流程協助顧客使用桑拿、冰水池與放鬆區。
Assist guests with session flow, including use of saunas, plunge tubs, and relaxation zones.
提供體驗後飲品，並回覆對比療法相關問題。
Offer post-session refreshments and answer questions about contrast therapy benefits.

2. 日常營運 Daily Operations

依 SOP 執行開店、整點巡檢與閉店程序。
Follow opening, hourly, and closing procedures as outlined in SOP.
每小時監測並紀錄桑拿、冰水池與室內環境溫度。
Monitor and record sauna, cold plunge, and ambient temperatures hourly.
維持全區域清潔（毛巾、拖鞋、浴室、茶水與補給站）。
Maintain cleanliness of all areas, including towels, slippers, bathrooms, and refreshment stations.
檢查水質清澈度、濾芯與 Flow Control 單元功能。
Check water clarity, filters, and Flow Control unit functions.
於營業期間持續補貨與維持整潔。
Restock supplies throughout the day.

3. 安全與合規 Safety & Compliance

體驗過程中以不打擾為原則留意顧客安全。
Monitor guest safety discreetly during sessions.
立即回報並協助處理任何維護／安全／衛生問題。
Report and address any maintenance, safety, or hygiene issues immediately.
確保急救箱、緊急出口、照明等安全設備可正常使用。
Ensure all safety equipment (first aid kits, emergency exits, lighting) is functional.

4. 社群與銷售支援 Community & Sales Support

以自然、不強迫的方式分享會員方案、活動與課程資訊。
Share information about memberships, events, and classes in a non-salesy, conversational way.
針對合適族群推廣即將舉辦的活動。
Promote upcoming events to relevant guests.
協助店長規劃並執行社群活動。
Support the Store Manager in organizing community activities.

5. 團隊合作與溝通 Teamwork & Communication

與接待、清潔與管理團隊協作，確保營運順暢。
Collaborate with fellow hosts, cleaners, and management to ensure smooth operations.
交接班時清楚溝通，避免任務遺漏。
Communicate clearly during shift handovers to ensure no tasks are missed.

資格條件（Requirements）

對健康、養生與顧客服務充滿熱情。
Passion for wellness, health, and customer service.
親切、好溝通且具專業形象。
Friendly, approachable, and professional.
具良好中文溝通力；具備基本英文者佳。
Strong communication skills in Mandarin; basic English preferred.
能遵循固定流程與標準作業。
Ability to follow routines and procedures.
能適應熱／冷療環境的工作特性。
Comfortable working in a heat/cold therapy environment.
可配合週末、國定假日與彈性時段排班。
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
喜歡與社群互動。
Enjoy interacting with communities.
樂於學習、持續進步。
Has an appetite to learn.

加分條件（Preferred Experience）

具顧客服務、餐飲、SPA 或健康產業相關經驗。
Prior customer service, hospitality, or spa/wellness industry experience.
具桑拿、冰浴或呼吸練習基礎知識（提供完整訓練）。
Basic knowledge of sauna, cold plunge, or breathwork practices (training provided).

薪資與福利（Benefits）
