About the Role

At AIFIAN, our Product team plays a key role in shaping the future of our platform, bringing creative ideas to life and ensuring a seamless user experience. We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Associate Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will work closely with senior product managers and cross-functional teams to assist in developing product features, supporting the product development process, and learning the fundamentals of product management.

Our main product management tool stack includes Notion, Figma, Whimsical, Mixpanel, JIRA, and Slack.

What You'll Do

• Assist in customer research, roadmap planning, and prioritization of product features.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other team members to support the delivery of new features and enhancements.
• Participate in market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities for the product.
• Support in defining key metrics to measure the success of features and assist in gathering data-driven insights to inform product decisions.
• Communicate updates, timelines, and project progress to the product team and other stakeholders.
• Learn from and work alongside senior product managers to grow your product management skills and contribute to the team’s success.

What We Look For

• A passion for product management and a desire to learn in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Up to 2 years of experience in product management or a related field (internships, coursework, or relevant projects are welcomed).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of product analytics tools (experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools is a plus).
• Ability to adapt and thrive in an agile development environment, contributing to end-to-end product development processes.
