About the Role

As our Content Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping AIFIAN’s content strategy and executing across various digital platforms to promote our app. Your main goal will be to develop, improve, and maintain content that increases brand awareness, drives engagement, and converts traffic into sales. This role will require you to create a robust content calendar, collaborate across teams, and optimize content performance through data-driven insights and SEO practices.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain brand messaging guidelines that align with business goals and support our mission and vision.
• Execute a content strategy supporting all stages of the marketing funnel by conducting market research, creating targeted content, and focusing on trending topics.
• Create and manage content for digital marketing, including websites, email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and marketing materials.
• Ensure consistent messaging across social media and product-related marketing activities, working closely with social media and product teams.
• Communicate concepts with our visual design team, using sketches and storyboards to ensure a cohesive visual and narrative experience across all platforms.
• Leverage SEO strategies to optimize content and analyze user metrics to enhance content effectiveness.

What We Look For

• 3+ years of experience in content production and editorial planning within the tech, finance, or investment industries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with a strong focus on storytelling and maintaining brand consistency.
• Experience in building brand messaging and working with designers, marketing teams, and various stakeholders.
• Creative mindset with a habit of thinking outside the box and pushing the boundaries of traditional copywriting.
• Experience with SEO and content distribution strategies
• Knowledge of web analytics and content performance metrics
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proven experience in creating and managing editorial calendars.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in finance and tech.
