產品測試實習生 QA Intern
Job Description
在實習計畫期間，你將成為用戶與產品開發團隊的橋樑，不僅是替用戶排除、解決問題，更能進一步主動地將用戶反饋轉化成可行的功能優化，並體驗在快節奏的工作環境及獨特的企業文化裡，透過實戰創造出自己的作品。
身為 AIFIAN 的產品測試實習生，你不僅是問題解決者，更是產品改進的推手，提供用戶更好的使用者體驗，協助公司朝著下一個產品階段邁進！
實習時長：
- 14 週（實習週期彈性，可依雙方合議視情況延長）
你需要負責的實習內容：
- 與產品測試經理密切合作，理解產品規格並實作產品測試（包含介面、功能、體驗等），作為產品及新功能上線前的最佳把關者
- 與用戶成功團隊合作協助釐清用戶問題，在回報問題前進行分析及釐清，協助工程師取得足夠資訊並快速解決問題
- 紀錄測試結果並與工程師合作，主動追蹤問題修復進度
- 各項產品營運相關支援及其他專案協助
你將會獲得：
- 有任何想法都可以討論和執行，你提出的想法甚至有可能影響產品優化方向。
- 在完整的產品開發團隊中與其他不同職能的夥伴協作（產品經理／工程師／產品設計師），參與產品開發到營運的流程，除了能在過程中探索未來職涯方向，還可以協助團隊打造出更棒的產品！
Requirements
＊請注意，此計畫一週需要至少三個工作天能進辦公室和我們協作，因此會優先考慮大三以上及應屆畢業生（學士／碩士）。

- 曾有在新創團隊的實習經驗
- 能夠從理解或解決用戶的問題中獲得滿足感
- 勇於提出自我洞見，主動推進流程或產品功能優化
- 注重細節，能迅速熟悉產品操作並確保各種問題能夠被解決
- 具有能夠發現問題的敏銳度，並主動推進優化流程及追蹤後續處理狀況
