Job Description
身為 AIFIAN 的「資深產品設計師」，你將針對專案規模與商業考量，從用戶體驗設計的角度切入，考量易用性、品牌意象、可擴充性、工程可行性等，有效地將抽象的想法具象化；以及從設計的角度切入，與產品經理密切合作，根據組織願景進行產品的優化與迭代，為我們全球的用戶打造最無可挑惕的使用者體驗，並讓新用戶也能輕易理解和成功使用我們的產品！

- 確保 UI/UX 設計的技術可行性，將抽象的想法實現，落實成對使用者友善的產品設計。
- 針對專案規模與商業目標，運用工具及方法有效產出原型，將想法具象化協助驗證。
- 優化設計以改善產品的使用者體驗、維護性和可擴充性。
- 考量未來應用場景，有效維護與更新設計系統。
- 靈活運用 Flowcharts, Wireframes, Prototypes 等不同工具協助溝通設計方向，有效推進專案。
Requirements
- 3 年或以上 UI/UX 設計經驗，需有作品集。
- 熟悉 Design Guideline。
- 熟悉 Figma、Sketch、Photoshop、Illustrator、Zeplin 等設計工具。
- 具快速產出 wireframe, prototypes 的能力，熟悉敏捷式開發流程，能快速適應新創環境的節奏。
- 理解國際產品設計趨勢，多方涉獵國外設計網站及素材採集。
- 具備基礎前端知識佳，熟悉產品開發流程，能夠獨立完成產品功能從構想到交付設計給工程師開發的所有階段。
- 具備至少一款服務產品上架經驗，且具 to C 產品設計經驗佳。
- 具備提出自己的設計決策、觀點，以及清晰闡述設計背後的思維和過程之能力。
- 具備時間管理能力及執行力，能夠執行多項任務，判斷其優先順序。
- 具備獨立規劃用戶訪談、usability testing、問卷設計等 user research 經驗。
