[Taiwan Pipeline] Internship - Manufacturing Process Improvement Intern- Tainan

Introduction to the job 

This position is for NKUST (國立高雄科技大學) Internship Program, if you are student from NKUST and would like to join ASML Internship Program, please apply this position. 

We are engineering team of the ASML Tainan factory, providing technical support for the production line (problem solving and improvement), quality improvement (including documents and processes), reduction of production time (improvement of production processes), analysis of defective products and providing preventive measures and improvements, an important window for the introduction of new products into the factory (6P), a window for the production line to the development department, and the main window for the introduction of new systems in the factory. 

 
Mission 

• Project support: Completing the tasks assigned to the team.   

• Process improvement: Improving the production processes and ensuring product quality.   

• Issue escalation: Assisting engineers with their daily work (issues, files).   

• Task coordination: Serving as the main point of contact between the production line and developers to have the same consensus on the task.   

• Communication hosting: Occasionally holding meetings with global teams to discuss issues or topics. 

 
Role and responsibilities 

• Combines knowledge and skills of Development & Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support in one engineering team. 

• Support Process Improvement (PI) members to complete continuous improvement tasks. To cooperate with each department for enhance quality. 

Education: 

Graduate or undergraduate school students with a relevant major in Physics, Materials, Optoelectronic, Electrical Engineering, Microelectromechanical Systems related...etc.

Requirement: 

• Working location: Tainan, Taiwan. 

• Available for on-site internship from Monday to Friday with a 09:00 to 18:00 working schedule. 

• Internship length: One year duration, from July 2025 to June 2026, 12 months in total.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
