您將負責
- 審核客戶註冊資料與身份文件，確保資訊真實且完整
- 使用第三方供應商工具與內部系統，執行 KYC 流程，深入了解客戶背景
- 依據法務與合規標準操作流程，確保作業符合法規
- 定期檢視並更新 SOP，與最新監管規範保持一致
- 評估已註冊客戶，並與法務、客服部門協作，確認是否符合國際反洗錢 (AML) 規範
- 分析客戶註冊流程數據，找出錯誤或瓶頸，提出改善方案，協助優化註冊體驗
上班時間
14:00～23:00，休息時間1.5小時

Requirements
需求條件
- 英文讀寫能力佳，TOEIC 700 分以上優先
- 具備快速學習力與積極主動的態度
- 細心且具敏銳觀察力，能發現潛在問題
- 具備獨立作業能力，並樂於團隊合作
- 勇於嘗試、解決問題，能參與流程改進
- 配合週末與國定假日輪班制度

- 45-min phone screen with HR
- 30-min virtual interview with Assistant Client Onboarding Supervisor + HR
- 45-min on-site interview with Assistant Client Onboarding Supervisor (Taipei) + Supervisor (Australia)
