Members are encouraged to suggest new ideas and lead by example. An anonymous suggestion box is available for submissions, for both questions and suggestions alike. Our HR team will respond to company-wide questions during weekly meetings, to make sure everyone’s voice is heard, and subsequently, help grow BTSE from the feedback of those within.
