It deals with a wide range of initiatives including new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, alliances and joint ventures. Providing leadership in design, planning and due diligence, they lead the corporate development of our global business to help achieve our long-term growth objectives. They also keep us ahead of the curve by analyzing trends and developments in markets and technology before translating them into strategic operational plans.

This position is for Business Process Design & Automation team. It is a branch of Strategy Business Development that drives organizational optimization and digitalization. We collaborate with internal business partners to shape the future of the supply chain operation by assessing current processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and designing the ideal future state. Our team provides valuable insights that connect various operation entities including planning, procurement, logistics, and finance to maximize efficiency and ensure Dell's supply chain is prepared for the future.

What you’ll achieve

Collaborate with Dell's supply chain leadership to achieve strategic digitalization objectives

Gather process details through stakeholder interviews and derive insights to inform future supply chain design

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders through meetings and interviews to establish trust and strengthen bonds

Cultivate cross-functional relationships and serve as a program manager for medium-scale initiatives

Create communications and presentations as part of strategy projects deliverables. Assist leadership in preparing materials for important executive meetings

Essential Requirements

A Master's degree in Business Management, or a related field of study in technology, or equivalent experience as an analyst from a management consulting firm or in-house strategy team. Graduation between 2024/7-2025/6 (including military service completion)

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to connect dots, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate a methodical and logical thought process

Previous success in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and effectively communicating with various parties

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, along with the ability to use market research databases and industry reports, and leverage networks for intelligence

Proficiency in both written executive summaries and verbal presentations in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones
