Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree.
  • Experience leading complex, operational, and strategic initiatives and change management.
  • Experience in finance, operations, management consulting, or investment banking.
  • Experience deriving insights from data.
  • Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks and briefing documents that support the narrative.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary thought partner to gTech Ads GCS leadership, structuring and driving multi-year strategic initiatives that define our business trajectory.
  • Orchestrate critical decision-making by unifying cross-functional insights and leading high-visibility business analysis for executive forums.
  • Contribute to key business cadences such as annual business planning, OKR setting, and business reviews for gTech Ads GCS leadership and key partner teams.
  • Advocate for the alignment of global resources to client outcomes, eliminating friction and maximizing operational velocity across the organization.
