About the job

Within Google Customer Solutions (GCS), the Revenue Strategy and Operations (RSO) team provides business critical insights, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. By working closely with GCS Sales leadership, APAC RSO leads both short-term and long-term initiatives that result in tangible change and impact for the Sales teams and our customers.

As a Regional Program Manager, you are an expert on GCS program goal and strategy and act as a bridge between global program strategy and APAC GCS sales teams. You will focus on specialist programs in APAC, including Export and Google Marketing Platform (GMP) specialist teams. You will work in collaboration with the Global Specialism Programs team and regional leadership to shape, launch and land program changes in APAC GCS. You will manage the engagement with specialist reps and managers, gathering deep sales insights into what is working in the Specialism Program in APAC and what improvements are needed. You will also play a key role in establishing and commercializing a new program in APAC to acquire and onboard new GMP customers.

You will also be responsible for leading and project managing cross-cutting strategic projects that lift the impact of APAC GCS sales programs. By working closely with Sales teams in-region, you will use your strong investigative and stakeholder management skills to develop a robust understanding of sales and customer opportunities, challenges, and trends, which you will use to influence short- and long-term initiatives for the overall sales program.

Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Together, we help shape the future of innovation for customers, partners, and sellers...and we have fun doing it.

Responsibilities

  • Identify high-impact opportunities and build data-driven business cases to drive sustainable business growth and strategic initiatives across APAC GCS.
  • Lead the regional deployment and landing of global sales programs, including the commercialization of new Google Marketing Platform (GMP) acquisition frameworks.
  • Act as a critical bridge between global strategy and regional Sales teams, influence executive management and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales performance data and operating metrics to provide actionable business reviews for RSO leadership and troubleshoot program design challenges.
  • Build deep regional expertise by capturing seller and customer feedback to refine go-to-market (GTM) activations and ensure programs meet specific market nuances.

About us

Google’s mission is to organize the world‘s information and make it universally accessible and useful.

Since our founding in 1998, Google has grown by leaps and bounds. From offering search in a single language we now offer dozens of products and services—including various forms of advertising and web applications for all kinds of tasks—in scores of languages. And starting from two computer science students in a university dorm room, we now have thousands of employees and offices around the world. A lot has changed since the first Google search engine appeared. But some things haven’t changed: our dedication to our users and our belief in the possibilities of the Internet itself.
