Job Description

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in a strategy or sales operations role, sales management capacity, or management consulting, in an enterprise software company.
  • Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in a technical role such as product management, engineering, or sales engineering.
  • Experience developing and presenting business/investment strategies to C-level executives, including engaging and communicating effectively with technical and sales teams.
  • Experience in planning, demand forecasting, and inventory optimization (e.g., setting goals, defining inventory) as it relates to IT infrastructure.
  • Understanding of business cycles for Google Cloud products and platforms.
  • Ability to discern inputs, retain and use data to plan high-impact decisions.

You listen and deliver what is most helpful for the customer. You assist fellow sales Googlers by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers. You liaise with the product marketing management and engineering teams to stay on top of industry trends and devise enhancements to Google Cloud products.

In this role, you are responsible for the long-term commercial health, infrastructure yield, and regional profit and loss of Google Cloud's APAC data center footprint.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the regional profit and loss, and long-term commercial health of APAC data centers, tracking and ensuring sub-regions meet domestic business goals.
  • Implement programmatic Committed Use Discount (CUD) policies and automated inter-regional asset exchanges to maximize infrastructure utility.
  • Co-author multi-year data center and power expansion business cases backed by GTM pipeline demand to secure prioritized global capital investment.
  • Serve as a strategic business sponsor for APAC capacity tooling, partnering with engineering teams to build predictive models and dashboards.
  • Establish and chair the APAC Capacity and Yield Steering Council to formalize quarterly executive-level alignment and structured redirection strategies.
