Minimum qualifications:

  • 9 years of experience in product management within consumer products or SaaS developer platforms.
  • Experience creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience as a Technical Product Manager working with Engineers.
  • Experience in navigating through product and technology trade-offs, building the platform, while iterating on the product.
  • Experience in leading platform changes at scale, while understanding the end user habits.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

As a Product Manager at Google, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and/or enterprise systems. Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and advance framework, processes, metrics, and tools to track platform improvements as well as articulating accountability across product/feature teams and executive leadership.
  • Communicate with different cross-teams as well as with leadership on platform as well as Search. Develop and lead Fundamentals Service Level Objectives (SLOs) to improve Search product.
  • Develop the business value for Search Platform investments such as new capabilities for Search or fundamental platform improvements.
  • Collaborate within the existing Search Platform teams as well as build deep partnership and momentum for platform offerings with the Search teams. 
  • Understand the technology and propose long-term platform offerings that allow Search to build for the future.
