Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development.
- 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products.
- 5 years of experience with Android application development.
- 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, with leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- Experience in working with Large Language Model (LLM) models.
- Experience with videos.

We are dedicated to making Google experiences centered around the user.Responsibilities
- Define technical direction and strategy in conjunction with engineering managers and technical leads, helping the team make balanced trade-offs, and prioritize engineering excellence investments in a systemic way.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to design and build industry-leading video editing features.
- Work with other engineers on a global team to improve the software components and architecture.
- Identify, triage, debug, track and resolve issues in existing code.
