Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in project management.
  • Experience in supply chain operations, asset management, manufacturing, procurement, commodity management, or supplier management.
  • Experience in managing ramp readiness with internal teams and agreement manufacturers (e.g., material availability, cost/assembly/test/Bill of Materials/capacity readiness and transition plans).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Operations, or a related technical field.
  • Experience in products from prototype to production, with Supply/Demand Planning and Accounting/Finance.
  • Experience with Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing, Cooling solution development with the ability to deliver data motivated analysis for business proposal, supply chain design and supply risk mitigation.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional process improvements, and collaborate across multiple-levels of an organization.
  • Ability to shift between analysis and thinking, and customizing communications based on the audience.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

In this role, you will be the primary Operations/Supply Chain interface to the development and deployment teams with the responsibility for driving operations new product development as well as supporting those products through production ramp. You will have knowledge in the Contract Manufacturer/Original Device Manufacturer (CM/ODM) manufacturing environments and will lead a team of professionals to ensure products are designed and built to Google standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional Program teams and external partners to prepare for production ramp or product transitions.
  • Plan and execute operations development activities and ensure transition to production within cost, quality and capacity parameters. Ensure production transitions meeting program goals.
  • Manage ramp readiness with internal teams and external partners (e.g., material availability, cost/assembly/test/Bill of Materials/capacity readiness and transition plans).
  • Drive cross-functional teams to optimize the supply chain for specific reasons, while accounting for risks, changes in schedule or demand.
