Basic Management Development Programme (BMDP) - Agronomy

BASIC MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (BMDP) - AGRONOMY aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector, this management development programme will provide you with knowledge and skills in management and good agronomy practice. The 10-month programme will be conducted in our plantations ACROSS INDONESIA.

Requirement:

• Age limit of 26 years old at the start of the programme
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) / Diploma 4 (D4) majoring in Agriculture (Agronomy, Soil Sciences, Agricultural Technology) or Forestry
• Minimum GPA/IPK 2.85
• Preferably those participated in college organizations such as BEM, MENWA, etc.
• Willing to attend training for 10 months and a bond period of two years
• Show integrity, strong analytical, and leadership skills Strong team player
• Willing to be placed in any of our plantations (Sumatera/ Kalimantan/ Papua)
