Joining our team as an Visual Designer, you will have the opportunity to showcase your talent across multiple domains:

• Be responsible for visual design of the brand and products, including, but not limited to Corporate Identity System (CIS), promotional materials, etc.
• Create marketing materials, product introductions, merchandise designs, and event-related concepts.
• If you are interested in the UI/UX design field, we are very willing to provide space for development in this area (if you're not interested, we will not force you).

Skills and Abilities 

Our ideal Animation Designer should possess the following key skills and abilities:

• Graphic Design: Proficient in using Photoshop, Illustrator, or any other tools to create relevant designs (hand-drawing is also welcome if possible 😂).
• Multimedia Design Skills: Experience in designing products, brands, Corporate Identity Systems (CIS), websites, and promotional materials on social platforms.
• Printing Knowledge: Basic understanding of printing processes and materials, able to consider printing needs during the design phase.
• Communication and Expression: Good communication skills, able to express ideas and requirements in a structured and clear logic.
• Aesthetic and Detail: Possess a good sense of aesthetics, with high standards for design details.
• Business Insight: Sharp business thinking and insight, able to enhance brand value through design.

Additional Advantages 

The following abilities will be considered a plus if you join our team:

• Industry Knowledge: Familiar with the blockchain/Web3 industry, with a deep understanding of industry trends and technology.
  
• Event Planning Experience: Experience in assisting with planning and executing large-scale offline events, able to effectively promote and design events.
  
• Video Production Experience: Capable of producing animations, videos, or related content, with relevant experience.
  
• NFT Participation Experience: Actual involvement in the NFT production process, understanding the promotion and design needs of NFT projects.
  
• Industry Background: Work experience in the blockchain-related industry, practical experience dealing with industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
  
• Language Skills: Basic English communication skills, able to communicate with teams in other countries.
