What we're looking for
The TONX API team is seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to join our team to strategize, define and lead key strategic initiatives.
The Product Manager will be mainly responsible for payment integration, own the product vision of payment, strategy, and roadmap for our platform.

Responsibilities
- Own the product vision of payment, strategy, and roadmap for our platform
- Work closely with engineers, designers, product owner and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
- Measure and analyze product performance to ensure alignment with business goals
- Engage with business development, marketing team and engineering stakeholders to ensure the effective launch and support of new product release
- Monitor initiative status, identify potential risks, solve communicate issues, and proactively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution
職務需求
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in wallet, DeFi or blockchain industry or a background in managing large-scale initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- An ownership and go-getter attitude and the ability to thrive in uncharted waters.
- Demonstrated experience for successfully launch several products/projects from 0 to 1 in cross function team.
- Good understanding of blockchain data structure and how to analyze
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems
- Ability to work under pressure and multitasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have
- Technical knowledge of DeFi and TON ecosystem
