Software Project Manager

We are looking for:

• Software project manager who needs to take responsibility for introducing new products. The candidate should be able to cowork with other PMs, Engineers and UI/UX teams to define the specifications and work with teams to incrementally deliver robust and user-friendly applications to our end users.
• Product/Project manager who is willing to take action and ambitious to build the world-leading products with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic atmosphere.

  - Manage the project through the entire lifecycle. (spec define, schedule released, quality and risk controls etc.)
  - Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  - Identify resource constraints, mitigate potential risks, and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  - Lead a global cross-functional team of UI/UX, engineers, and SQA to make them work effectively together and launchlunch impactful features to the market.

Responsibilities (What he/she will do after joining UI):

• Responsible for ensuring that the project meets the quality standards and requirements set by the client.
• Create a detailed project schedule that outlines the tasks, timelines, and dependencies for each task.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that the product is developed according to the roadmap and meets the requirements of the target market.
• Monitor the project's progress and make adjustments as necessary to keep the project on track.
• Manage a cross-functional team that includes designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders. You need to set goals, provide guidance, and ensure that everyone is working toward the same objectives.
• Identify potential risks to the project and develop a plan to mitigate or avoid them.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including team members, support, clients, and management, to ensure that everyone is on the same page and understands the project's progress.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications (MUST-haves) :

• 3 years of proven experience in product/project management in the software industry.
• Track record of successfully driving product development lifecycles, including product strategy, go-to-market strategy, and product launch.
• Proficiency in agile product development methodology and tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
• Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI, FE, BE, FW, QA, or Support.
• Technical understanding of the systems and technologies underpinning the product, including their limitations and boundary conditions.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-haves / Plus) :

• Experience and knowledge in surveillance, storage, and NAS technologies are preferred.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration abilities.
• Demonstrated project management expertise.
