About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior International HR Specialist to support our global manufacturing operations. This position plays a key role in coordinating cross-border HR activities, ensuring compliance with regional labor requirements, and supporting HR initiatives across multiple international sites. The ideal candidate has strong HR experience within a manufacturing environment and is comfortable operating in a multicultural, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR operations for assigned international manufacturing sites, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee relations, training support, and performance cycle activities
• Assist in ensuring compliance with regional labor laws, corporate HR policies, and manufacturing-specific regulations
• Collaborate with plant HR teams and global HR counterparts to synchronize policies, processes, and reporting
• Contribute to global HR projects such as policy development, regional HR audits, global mobility support, talent programs, and data standardization
• Prepare HR documentation, reports, and analytics for international sites
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on HR processes, cross-cultural considerations, and global mobility procedures
• Travel internationally to support site visits, employee relations matters, training sessions, and project deployments

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Foreign Languages or a related field
• 4–8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the manufacturing industry or multinational environment
• Strong understanding of HR operations, labor compliance, and cross-border HR practices
• Excellent English proficiency (written and verbal); additional languages are an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions
• Effective communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Able and willing to travel internationally based on business needs
