Job Description
1. handle ODM/OEM project
2. NPI project schedule control
3. NPI pilot run arrangement
4. NPI phase material drive
5. NPI developing issue manage
6. business travel for NPI phase trial run in factory
7. engineering team drive to achieve project schedule/goal
8. coordinate different function teams in project developing and mass production
9. product/project documentations construct and maintain
