Job Type: Full-Time and Part-Time positions available

Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help our e-commerce merchant customers understand, utilize, and troubleshoot our testing platform. Reporting to the CS manager, you will engage with customers daily via email, Slack, and chat, resolving their queries and issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch customer experience by promptly responding to inquiries.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying root causes, and providing solutions or escalating as needed.
  • Master our products to provide quick and accurate answers.
  • Manage 5-10 open conversations effectively.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all tickets through diligent follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on ticket resolution.
  • Identify issue trends and provide feedback to product team.
  • Participate in training and documentation activities to enhance support team capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in English (verbally & writing)
  • Basic JavaScript scripting skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Fast learner with growth mindset (MUST)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for helping people and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or analytics-oriented companies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools or pandas is a PLUS

Location:

  • Fully remote

Working hours(Full-Time):

  • Flexible working hours.
  • Availability to cover US timezone is a plus.

Package(Full-Time):

  • Full-time salary will be negotiable and competitive.

Working hours(Part-Time):

  • Flexible working hours.
  • Minimum of 3 days (8 hours/day) per week.
  • Availability to cover US timezone is a plus.

Package(Part-Time):

  • $8 USD/hr during the probation period, increasing to $10 USD/hr thereafter.
  • Opportunity to transition to a full-time position after the probation period.
  • Hourly rate is negotiable if the performance in interview is above expectation
