Digital Business Development & Marketing Manager

• Product Listing and Management: Responsible for listing products, ensuring product information is complete with high quality, prices are reasonable. Regular updates to product pages are required.
• Advertising and Marketing Campaign Planning: Plan and execute marketing campaigns on the official website and other e-commerce platforms, including digital advertising (e.g., Facebook, Google Ads). Adjust budgets based on conversion rates and sales data.
• Data Monitoring and Analysis: Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, bounce rates, and conversion rates, and optimize marketing strategies based on data insights.
• Customer Service and Response: Handle customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner, respond to questions on social media platforms, and adjust product strategies based on customer feedback.
• Cross-Industry Partnership Promotion: Coordinate with external partners to conduct joint promotional activities, increasing brand exposure and product sales.
• ROI Calculation and Optimization: Calculate return on investment (ROI) for each marketing campaign based on revenue and advertising costs, adjusting or discontinuing underperforming ads.
• Inventory and Logistics Management: Track product sales, assist the supply management team with pre-sales and restocking, ensuring inventory levels are adequate.

• 廣告與行銷活動策劃：規劃並執行官網與其他電商平台上的行銷活動，包括數位廣告（如臉書、Google Ads）的投放，並根據轉換率及銷售數據進行預算調整。
• 數據監控與分析：使用Google Analytics等工具，監控網站流量、跳出率、轉換率，並根據數據優化行銷策略。
• 客戶服務與回應：即時處理客戶查詢與留言，回應社群媒體粉絲團上的客戶問題，並根據反饋調整商品策略。
• 異業合作推廣：協調異業合作活動，提升品牌曝光度及產品銷售。
• ROI計算與優化：根據每次行銷活動的營收及廣告費用計算投資回報率（ROI），並對不理想的廣告進行調整或下架。
• 庫存與物流管理：跟進商品銷售情況，協助供應鏈管理部門

• Proven ability to run digital business and marketing campaign with outstanding record.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Cyberbiz, 91APP, Shopify) and advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to formulate data-driven strategies.
• Experience in social media management, capable of responding to customer inquiries promptly and enhancing brand interaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or a related field, with over 3 years of experience in digital business/e-commerce.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and communication qualities.
• Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Fluent in Mandarin, good reading/writing ability in English

Preferred:
• Experience in copywriting for advertisements and optimizing ROI.
• Experience in cross-industry partnerships or social media marketing is a plus.
• Working experience in multi-national enterprise or SMB.
