• Assist clients with the installation, configuration, and deployment of AI server and data center solutions.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for clients, addressing any issues that arise.
• Conduct maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance of deployed solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to help clients effectively use the products.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
• Prepare and deliver technical documentation and support materials.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years proven experience in post-sales support within the AI server and data center industry.
• Strong technical background with an understanding of AI servers, data centers, and related technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
