Competitor analysis: Analyze competitor product, to seek or evaluate the new opportunities
Idea creation: Brainstorm the new software features with stakeholders to make a detail spec for execution
Resource arrangement: Collaborate with engineer, designer, test team and assign the task for achieving the project
Project execution: Track project progress, and report to supervisor and related stakeholder for controlling project risk

競品分析: 針對競品做相關的分析，以找到機會點和權衡相關的功能設計是否必要
概念發想: 發想新的軟體功能，並與工程、設計討論定義相關的規格讓其團隊執行
資源安排: 與不同領域的工程、設計、測試等合作，安排團隊成員一起完成專案
專案執行: 跟進專案的進度，並對成員和主管做相關的匯報，以控制專案的風險

Plus item:
1. Have UX experience to define the wireframe or workflow
2. Manage the software-to-hardware project, gaming product is a plus
3. Have laptop BIOS, image management experience
4. Have vendor management experience, and can negotiate the price about NRE, software license
5. Have strong interest on the new technology trend like NFT, Blockchain, Metaverse...
6. Like playing game

1. 有UX經驗，可以定義Wireframe
2. 有軟硬體整合的專案管理經驗，假如是電競產品 (周邊、零組件)尤佳
3. 有筆電BIOS, Image管理經驗
