Job Description
【職務說明】
負責總務類及日常營運需求之採購管理，並支援跨部門專案（如設備投資、建廠工程、保全系統導入等）之採購規劃與執行
1. 主導 RFQ、比價分析、商務談判及合約簽訂，確保採購成本最佳化與條件合理性
2. 管控專案採購時程與潛在風險，確保交付進度與專案目標達成
3. 建立並優化「費用型 PO」管理機制，提升費用控管之即時性與準確度
4. 導入採購「項目分類」制度，系統化管理各類費用支出
5. 建立策略供應商管理機制，包含供應商評選、績效評估與持續優化
6. 管理長期合約與價格條件，強化議價能力並確保採購條件具市場競爭力
【學歷與經歷】
1. 大學（含）以上學歷, 具 3 年以上採購相關經驗（具總務/間接採購或專案採購經驗者佳）
2. 曾參與設備採購、工程專案或跨部門專案經驗者尤佳
