Job Description
We are seeking a focused and experienced software developer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining Linux and Windows drivers and supporting software stack, and will work on cutting-edge technologies related to AI and video.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and enhance Linux or Windows drivers, with a focus on video-related functionality.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of drivers with other software components.
3. Stay current with the latest operating system architectures and kernel developments.
4. Analyze and improve driver performance, optimizing speed and memory usage.
5. Maintain documentation for design, code, and product specifications.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
2. Skill in either or both:
a. In-depth knowledge of WDM, WDDM, KMDF, and other Windows driver models.
b. Knowledge of Linux driver / V4L2 development.
3. Knowledge of video standards, for example HDMI / SDI.
4. Experience in ARM-based embedded Linux is a plus.
5. Experience in GPU-Direct / RDMA is a plus.
