Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to business leaders, supporting organizational growth through effective people strategies and HR solutions. This role partners closely with management and cross-functional HR teams to drive talent initiatives, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management aligned with business objectives.

The HRBP plays a critical role in enabling business performance by providing data-driven insights, influencing key stakeholders, and delivering practical HR solutions in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner closely with business leaders to identify business-specific people challenges, organizational needs, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a strategic HR consultant to management teams on topics including talent acquisition, organizational development, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across functions and leverage internal HR resources to implement effective HR solutions that support business growth and organizational transformation.
- Collaborate with HR Headquarters and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive key HR initiatives and organizational change projects, ensuring smooth execution and measurable business impact.
- Support leadership teams in driving organizational effectiveness, team capability enhancement, and culture transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with HR Shared Services and regional/global HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies, programs, processes, and compliance standards aligned with business strategies.
- Analyze organizational and workforce trends to provide insights and recommendations that improve business and talent outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and approachable partner to employees regarding career development, workplace concerns, and organizational matters.
- Participate in and lead special HR projects assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- 7+ years of HRBP, HR Generalist, or relevant HR experience partnering with business leaders across diverse functions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective HR actions.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity, organizational change, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with high people sensitivity and consulting capability.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Experience supporting technology, manufacturing, or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
