Account Manager

1. Account Management
• Lead the account team to respond to customer needs and requests.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key accounts.
• Anticipate customer demand and coordinate internal resources accordingly.

2. Deal Management
• Drive end-to-end sales cycle from opportunity identification to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technical, finance, operations) to align on solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track and manage sales pipeline with accuracy and transparency.

3. New Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in both existing and potential accounts.
• Provide market insights and contribute to go-to-market strategies.
• Proactively approach prospective clients and introduce relevant offerings.

學歷：大學
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a business-related discipline. An engineering background is a strong plus.
• Experience: At least 2 year of experience in customer-facing or account management roles. Semiconductor industry / Testing industry experience is a plus.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability (or potential) to work independently and resolve issues with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Core Competencies: Capable or willing to grow in areas such as account engagement, business/financial impact evaluation, and team collaboration.
• Communication: Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
