【Position Summary】
As the bridge between our Digital Pathology and AI solutions and our clinical partners in the European market, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management—from initial system implementation to post-go-live customer success. You will ensure projects are delivered on time while leveraging your communication skills to resolve clinical operational issues, ultimately driving high customer satisfaction and brand loyalty in Germany and beyond.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Project Planning & Implementation Management
Lead the planning and execution of Digital Pathology and AI solutions, including project tracking, development management, and milestone control.
Oversee the deployment of software systems within medical facilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing clinical workflows.2. Customer Success & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients (primarily in Germany), maintaining high satisfaction levels through proactive relationship management.
Monitor and synthesize client feedback and clinical needs, communicating these insights to internal departments for continuous product optimization.3. Cross-functional Collaboration & Business Support
Partner with Sales and Product teams to assist in solution planning and client proposals, accelerating business growth in the German market.
Facilitate internal communication across departments, including Sales, Product, Software Engineering, and AI teams.

【Qualifications】
1、Professional Experience: Proven experience in Medical Informatics, AI, or Software Project Management.

2、Domain Expertise: Experience in software system implementation and integration; experience within clinical or healthcare settings is highly preferred.

3、B2B Skills: Prior experience in B2B client management with a track record of maintaining long-term partnerships.

4、Languages: Proficiency in German and English are both required.
