Product Designer (UI/UX)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for researching and planning (20%) and creating innovative and intuitive design solutions (80%) for medical professionals like technologists and pathologists. Your work will enhance the accuracy and efficiency of their diagnostic support with AI-powered insights, raising healthcare standards.

【Responsibilities】

• Lead the planning and implementation of user research to inform design decisions.
• Advocate for user-friendly experiences within a team environment.
• Communicate design rationales effectively to both design and non-design stakeholders.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Partner with fellow designers to maintain and iterate design systems for visual consistency.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and dev teams to ensure designs are implemented according to specifications.

【Basic Requirements】

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for articulating and documenting design decisions.
• Knowledge of design systems and the ability to work within established guidelines.
• Interest in the medical field and comfort with ambiguity in finding design opportunities.

【Nice-to-have Qualifications】

• Experience in designing B2B products, preferably in healthcare or medical industries.
• Experience with image editing software, dashboards, or management systems.
• Experience in human factors testing, usability testing, or A/B testing.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends, technologies, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in English for effective collaboration and conducting user research in overseas markets.
• Systems thinker capable of understanding complex products and their relationships.

【Interview Process】

2. First-Round Interview:
