AHEAD 由王毓棻攜手臺大癌醫血腫部主任暨中華民國血液病學會理事長柯博升醫師，以及清大電機系李祈均教授的人本訊號運算研究室 (BIIC Lab) 團隊共同創辦，旨在以智慧醫療方案解決流式細胞分析人才的缺口。AHEAD 整合了臨床醫師、轉譯醫學、資料科學、機器學習及軟體開發等多領域專家，致力於開發有效的 AI 輔助診斷工具。首發產品「Cyto-copilot 雲端智能平台」專為血液癌症專業判讀需求而設計。

Cyto-copilot 雲端平台突破了傳統分析場域的限制，不僅顯著提升研究人員與醫師的判讀速度，對於人力資源匱乏的醫療機構而言，亦能提高判讀效率和一致性，提升服務品質與處理量能。平台透過批量數據上傳、分析、模組預測結果、樣本與數據庫交叉比較的自動化工作流程，快速告訴醫師最可能的血癌型別，最快甚至能將時間從 30 分鐘縮短到 7 秒！

AHEAD 近年來與全球生命科學試劑設備大廠 BD Bioscience 合作，也透過全球合作網絡與專家標註的歷史資料，Cyto-copilot 彙集了經標註的真實世界數據。合作夥伴包括臺大醫院及癌醫中心，以及許多國際知名醫學研究機構如 RPCCC、UPMC 和梅約醫療體系 (Mayo Clinic)。Cyto-copilot 從臨床前的學術研究到臨床檢驗分析皆有應用，能針對學術界、藥廠及 CRO (委託臨床研究機構)、儀器設備及試劑製造商、醫療機構及醫學檢驗實驗室等不同需求，建立多樣化的獲益模式。

Cyto-copilot 是由 AHEAD 開發的一個雲端 AI 分析平台，專門用於全自動化流式細胞檢測資料分析，在研究與臨床疾病診斷中應用廣泛。

Cyto-copilot 提升了檢測數據解讀的效率並降低了錯誤率，其分析結果具有高度的再現性和可擴展性。這些特性對於血癌患者的臨床細胞測量檢查是非常重要的，它可以快速分析和預測流式細胞儀的檢測結果。

作為一個基於機器學習的全自動分析工具，Cyto-copilot 的分析速度比目前人工檢測快達100倍。此外，作為一個雲端系統，它能夠打破空間和時間的限制，讓使用者隨時隨地都能進行數據分析和訪問結果。
