AI Backend Engineer (LLM & MCP Focus)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1.Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services to support NLU workflows.
2. Integrate and optimize vector databases for storing and querying embeddings.
3. Develop APIs and services to expose NLU capabilities to other systems and applications.
4. Ensure data pipelines and backend services meet performance, security, and scalability requirements.
5. Research and implement best practices for integrating LLMs and vector databases into backend architectures.
Requirements
Requirements:
Must-Haves
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in backend development using languages like Python, Java, or Go.
3. Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Qdrant).
4. Knowledge of LLMs and experience integrating models like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
5. Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Nice-to-Haves
1. Knowledge of embedding techniques and similarity search algorithms.
2. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
3. Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
