Backend Engineer - PHP

Job Summary: 

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic PHP Backend Engineer to join our growing startup.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PHP and be eager to learn and grow in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. 

Strong startup mindset is a must.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using PHP.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs for various services.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Debug and resolve issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions.
• Assist in the design and implementation of database schemas.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Reward

1. Base Salary NTD 40,000 - NTD 50,000 per month.
2.  Immediate salary increment after closing next round fundraising.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of PHP.
• Familiarity with  Laravel framework.
• Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Understanding of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with web servers such as Apache or Nginx.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
• Experience with Docker or other containerization technologies.
• Understanding of continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.
