Chief Fundraising Officer

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Fundraising Officer to lead our fundraising initiatives. The CFO will play a critical role in securing the financial resources necessary for AIndLeads' growth and development.

This individual will work closely with the CEO and other executive team members to develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy.

• Develop Fundraising Strategy: Create and implement a robust fundraising strategy to secure seed round funding and future funding rounds.
• Investor Relations: Cultivate and manage relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, angel investors, and other financial partners.
• Pitch Development: Develop compelling pitches and presentations that effectively communicate AIndLeads’ value proposition, business model, and growth potential to investors.
• Due Diligence: Oversee the preparation of all necessary documentation for investor due diligence, including financial projections, business plans, and market analysis.
• Negotiations: Lead negotiations with investors to secure favorable terms and investment agreements.
• Financial Oversight: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting to meet investor expectations.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to strategically position AIndLeads in the marketplace.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing fundraising team as the company grows, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and culture.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and regular communication with the board of directors, executive team, and other key stakeholders regarding fundraising progress and financial health
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful capital raises.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, particularly in the tech or AI sectors.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
• Network: Extensive network of industry contacts, including investors, venture capitalists, and financial institutions.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret and present financial data effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degrees preferred
