Frontend Engineer/Co-founder - React

We are looking for a Co-Founder Frontend Engineer with no base salary guaranteed to join our growing startup. If you are not ready to build a company with grit and determination, this is not the right fit for you. We need a passionate engineer who is not only skilled but also committed to the long-term vision and growth of AIndLeads. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-powered platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in React, TypeScript, and CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS. A strong startup mindset and eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment is essential. English proficiency is a must as we are building a startup targeting the global market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the frontend of AIndLeads’ web application using React.
• Create reusable, efficient components and implement modern UI designs.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and user-facing elements.
• Ensure the application is responsive and optimized for performance.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Conduct automated tests to ensure high code quality.
• Troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging frontend technologies and trends.

Reward:

• No base salary guaranteed. We are looking for a like-minded entrepreneur to join us. You can work part-time on AIndLeads.
• Immediate salary increment after closing the next round of fundraising.
• Equity grant upon closing the next funding round (co-founder package).
• NT$1M immediate bonus payout upon securing a US$1M or above financing round.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Proficiency with TypeScript and Tailwind CSS.
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Knowledge of build tools like Vite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• English proficiency is a must for team collaboration.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with GraphQL and WebSocket.
• Experience with automated testing using Jest or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and GitHub Actions.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
