Job Description

We are looking for a Co-Founder Sales Lead to join our growing startup, AIndLeads. If you are not ready to build a company with grit and determination, this is not the right fit for you. We need a sales leader who is not only skilled but also committed to the long-term vision and growth of AIndLeads. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AI-powered sales platform.


Who You Are:

You are a driven and strategic sales leader with a strong startup mindset, eager to take ownership and scale a B2B SaaS company. You understand outbound sales, lead generation, and closing deals in the B2B market. You thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments, willing to iterate and experiment rapidly to find product-market fit. Fluency in English is essential as we are targeting the global market.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute AIndLeads’ sales strategy to acquire B2B customers and drive revenue.

  • Identify and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to focus sales efforts effectively.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls) to generate leads.

  • Build and optimize sales funnels and processes, from lead qualification to closing.

  • Work closely with the product team to ensure sales feedback influences development.

  • Create and test pricing strategies and go-to-market (GTM) approaches.

  • Develop strategic partnerships to expand our customer base.

  • Close deals and bring in paying customers—your success will directly impact the company’s growth.

  • Hire, train, and scale a sales team as we grow.


What We Offer:

  • No base salary guaranteed – We are looking for a like-minded entrepreneur to join us. You can work part-time on AIndLeads.
  • Immediate salary increment after closing the next round of fundraising.
  • Equity grant upon closing the next funding round (co-founder package).
  • NT$1M immediate bonus payout upon securing a US$1M or above financing round.

Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS, outbound prospecting, and lead generation.

    • Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with decision-makers.

    • Experience building and executing sales processes and strategies from scratch.

    • Strong understanding of CRM tools, sales automation, and outreach tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).

    • Ability to identify and refine an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for targeted sales efforts.

    • Familiarity with cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and call-based sales.

    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and iterate on strategies.

    • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid experimentation.

    • Fluent in English for global market engagement.


    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience selling B2B SaaS products to mid-market or enterprise customers.

    • Familiarity with B2B outbound sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, AIndLeads 😉).

    • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing strategies.

    • Prior experience in a startup or early-stage company with hands-on sales execution.

    • Track record of scaling a sales team from the ground up.
