You are a driven and strategic sales leader with a strong startup mindset, eager to take ownership and scale a B2B SaaS company. You understand outbound sales, lead generation, and closing deals in the B2B market. You thrive in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments, willing to iterate and experiment rapidly to find product-market fit. Fluency in English is essential as we are targeting the global market.
Develop and execute AIndLeads’ sales strategy to acquire B2B customers and drive revenue.
Identify and refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to focus sales efforts effectively.
Conduct outbound prospecting (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls) to generate leads.
Build and optimize sales funnels and processes, from lead qualification to closing.
Work closely with the product team to ensure sales feedback influences development.
Create and test pricing strategies and go-to-market (GTM) approaches.
Develop strategic partnerships to expand our customer base.
Close deals and bring in paying customers—your success will directly impact the company’s growth.
Hire, train, and scale a sales team as we grow.

Strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in SaaS, outbound prospecting, and lead generation.
Proven ability to close deals and drive revenue growth.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with decision-makers.
Experience building and executing sales processes and strategies from scratch.
Strong understanding of CRM tools, sales automation, and outreach tools (HubSpot, Apollo, or similar).
Ability to identify and refine an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for targeted sales efforts.
Familiarity with cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and call-based sales.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance and iterate on strategies.
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and rapid experimentation.
Fluent in English for global market engagement.
Experience selling B2B SaaS products to mid-market or enterprise customers.
Familiarity with B2B outbound sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, AIndLeads 😉).
Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and lead nurturing strategies.
Prior experience in a startup or early-stage company with hands-on sales execution.
Track record of scaling a sales team from the ground up.
